What are the shipping costs?

When the combined value of your cart is over $75.00, shipping is automatically free.

What are the shipping times?

USPS shipping times have been affected by the COVID pandemic.

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, and orders are usually shipped within two business days after creation.

Can I add a gift note or gift wrap to my order?

All orders are wrapped in special tissue paper and placed inside waterproof packaging and placed in a box.

We’d be happy to include a personalized message for you! Simply send your order number and a message to: [email protected]

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

In the event you need to cancel or change an order, or correct any address details entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be adjusted or cancelled.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS office as they are often able to locate the package for you.  We provide tracking information on all our packaging.  Please note that Saisei Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been picked up by the carrier.

What about Return shipping?

We will do everything to work with you.  However, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer; original shipping charges may not be refunded.

I think my product has a defect. What should I do?

We do our best to ensure that every one of our products is of the highest quality, and free from construction defects.   However, each item is handmade and occasionally mistakes do happen!

If you believe you have received a defective item, please send a message to [email protected] within 2 days of your item being delivered. Please also include a photo of the defect.

Saisei is breathing new life into vintage garments and accessories.  As such there may be some sign of wear and variations in color, weave, and texture.

We think of these beautiful imperfections as stories from the past that are unique to the future owner.
